摘要
21世纪,随着社会、经济的急剧变革,高校教师将面临各种新的教育思想,因而要求他们不断调适自己,以具备本世纪高校教师应有的素质。
The 21th century, with the rapid change of society and economy, university teachers are faced with different kinds of new educational ideology. Therefore situations set strict demands on themselves to adjust themselves unceasingly in order to be qualified for this century's proper quality as a university teacher.
