论述了我国东北地区冬季气候寒冷 ,汽车出现明显的启动困难 ,总成磨损严重、燃油消耗增加、排气污染加剧等问题 ,因此汽车在低温条件下及时对汽车的预热启动全过程。

The automobiles obviously appear some problems such as start-up difficult, assembly heavy wear, fuel expand increase, exhaust emission aggravate because of cold in winter at the northeast of our country. The text expatiates the process of automobiles' warm-up and start-up at low temperature.
