分别从行业管理部门职能转变、建设企业地位强化、建设资金支持、科技战略、人才战略等多方面阐述了入世后 ,公路建设发展面对国际经济新格局应采取的策略。
The paper expatiates on the policy that should be adopted when the development of highway construction is facing on the new situation of international economy after we join WTO. And it also expatiates many aspects such as vocation management function transition, undertaking of construction status intensification, construction fund support, scientific and technical stratagem and talent stratagem.
