房水sFas和sFasL在部分角膜疾病的分析

摘要 目的 探讨感染性角膜炎和圆锥角膜疾病患者房水sFas和sFasL浓度的变化。方法 ELISA法检测正常人、真菌性角膜炎和圆锥角膜炎患者房水sFas和sFasL的浓度,并对其做样本均数的T检验和回归分析。结果 真菌性角膜炎患者比正常人房水sFasl浓度升高(p<0.05);圆锥角膜炎患者比正常人sFas和sFasL浓度明显降低(p<0.05)。结论 在严重感染性角膜疾病中,细胞的凋亡尤其是T细胞的凋亡,可能受到抑制。sFas对Fas系统介导的凋亡抑制作用的降低,可能是回锥角膜变薄前突的原因之一。 Objective To study the change of sFas and sFasL's concentration in aqueous humor of patients with fungal keratatis and keratoconus. Methods sFas and aFasL in aqueous humor were determined by ELISA in both normal group and patients with fungal keratatis and keratoconus. Regression analysis and T test were used in the article. Results sFasL' s concentration in aqueous humor of the fungal keratatis patients are higher than those in the control group And sFas and sFasLs' concentration in keratoconus patients are decreased (p<0.05). Conclusion The aqueous concentration of sFas and sFasL are decreased in keratoconnus. Apoptosis induced by Fas system may be up-regulated in keratoconnus,and the cornea tend to become thinner.
