唐王朝监察制度的运作

本文简单梳理了监察制度从秦汉到唐的发展过程,指出,唐朝的监察制度是中国古代监察制度成熟和完备的标志,通过对御史纠察制度和谏官言谏制度运作过程的剖析,以期对现实有所裨益。

In this article I will try to approach the development of supervising system from Qin and Han Dynasties to Tang Dynasties and point out that supervising system in Tang Dynasty symbolized its becoming ripe in the ancient China. Besides, I will give an analysis of Yu Shi picketing system and expostulating system for the sake of benefiting reality.
