摘要
《高校毕业生就业协议书》在主体、内容、违约责任、争议解决方法等方面存有诸多不完善之处,影响了就业协议纠纷的处理,有必要进一步明确其性质,完善其条款,健全高校毕业生就业工作法律、法规。
College Graduates Employment Agreement needs improvements on the subject, the content and the solution to the dispute. These imperfection hinders back the settlement of the dispute. So its property needs to be further clarified and its terms should be consummated. Only in doing this, can we perfect the laws and regulations on the college greduates' employment.
