国有企业改革与经济结构调整的分析

On the Reform of State-owned Enterprise and Adjustment of Economic Structure

经济结构调整是“十五”计划的主线,对于我国国民经济的持续发展具有十分重要的意义。而国有企业是我国国民经济的支柱,发展社会主义的生产力,实现国家的工业化和现代化要依靠国有企业发挥重要作用。因此,在“十五”期间,国有企业要继续推进政企分开,建立规范的公司法人治理结构,加快传统产业改造升级,加强管理,实现国有企业新的发展。

Economic restructure is the principal line of the 10th five - year plan and extremely important for sustaining growth of China's national economy. As the underpinning of the national economy, the state - owned enterprises play critical roles in the development of socialist productive forces as well as industrialization and modernization of our country. For achieving further development of the state - owned enterprises during the period of the 10th five - year plan, this paper suggests that it is necessary to advance the separation between politics and management, to normalize the structure of corporative regulations, to accelerate the upgrading of traditional industries and to improve business administration.
