摘要
饭店培训理论研究者和实际工作者经常面临这样的困惑:培训搞了不少,但实际效果却不理想。人是主观能动性的人,从关怀人的角度,关注饭店培训。本文就此从心理学的角度,为提高饭店培训质量做一个简单的探讨。
As far as documentation is concerned, practioners and academic resarchers have not succeeded in explaining the puzzle of why the more hotel's input in trainingm, the less the output is. This article made an initial discussion on improving the hotel training effectiveness from the view or psychology.
