江津市畜禽寄生虫区系调查

THE PARASITE FAUNAS ON FARM ANIMAL AND POULTRY IN JIANGJING CITY

对江津市猪、牛、羊、鸡、鸭、鹅、兔进行了寄生虫区系的调查 ,共剖检畜禽 4 94头 (只 ) ,粪检 5 0 0 0余头 (只 ) ,收集虫体样本 14 6 6 9条 ,鉴定为 134种 ,其中吸虫 33种 ,绦虫 2 6种 ,线虫 2 3种 ,棘头虫 3种 ,蜘蛛昆虫 19种 ,检出 2 8种艾美尔属卵囊、住白细胞虫属 1种和小袋纤毛虫 1种 ,隶属于 5门 8纲 17目 4 9科 6 9属。调查结果分析显示 ,江津市各种畜禽感染寄生虫较为普遍 ,畜禽的寄生虫感染率为 6 7.8% ,蠕虫感染率为 6 5 .9% (感染率范围为 2— 10 0 % ) ,多为多虫种混合感染 ,但各种畜禽感染的寄生虫虫种不一致。本次调查整理出江津市畜禽寄生虫名录 。

The survey on parasites of pigs,cattle,goats,chicks,ducks,geese and rabbits were carried out by necropsing 491 farm animals and poultry and examing 5 000 fecal samples. 134 species parasites were found and identified,which belonged to 5 phylum,8 class,17 order,49 famcily,69 genus,including 33 species of trematoda,26 species of cestoda,23 species of nematoda,3 species of acanthocephala,19 species of spider and insects,30 species of protozoa. The parasites inective rates were 67.8%.
