摘要
高等学校是培养人才的摇篮 ,思想政治工作在高校工作中起着重要作用 ,辅导员是高校学生思想政治工作的主力军。在经济、信息时代 ,充分发挥辅导员的导向作用 ,提高辅导员的自身素质 。
The political and idealogical instruction plays an important role in the higher educational institutions,and the instructor is the main force in it.It's important in training high-quality talents for the instructors to play their roles fully and improve their own qualities.
