摘要
采用丙硫咪唑与伊维菌素合剂“双威”驱除牛体内自然感染的吸虫和线虫 ,同时使用吡喹酮进行对照 ,结果表明 :“双威”对肝片吸虫的虫卵转阴率为 90 .91%、虫卵减少率 97.38% ,与吡喹酮试验组相比差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;但双威片对毛园线虫的虫卵转阴率为 10 0 % ,虫卵减少率为96 .30 % ;表明丙硫咪唑与伊维菌素配伍制成的合剂 。
Anthelemintic test of 'Shuangwei' and Praziquantel to cattle was carried out,which evaluated the result with the ratios of egg reduction,return ratios of negative egg of trichostrongyloides spp in 1 day before given medication and 25 days post medication. The results had shown that 'Shuangwei' and Praziquantel were highly effective to gastroenteric helminthes of cattle and were safe in use.
