浅论社会转型中的城市社区管理体制改革

On the Reform of City Community Management System in Social Formation Turning

目前我国正处于社会转型加速期 ,如何构建适应城市经济、政治、文化发展需要的社区组织管理体制新模式 ,已成为一项亟待研究的重大课题。本文从对社区及社区建设含义的界定入手 ,客观评价和分析了城市社区管理体制的现行模式 ,在此基础上探索性地提出了创新城市社区管理体制的构想。

Currently our country is speeding up the turning of social formation. So how to establish a new community management system which can meet the development requirement of the city economy, politics and culture has become an important task. Starting from the implication of community and community construction,this article evaluates and analyses objectively the current patterns of the city community management structure, on the basis of which the author offers her exploratory concepts of creating new city community management system.
