摘要 为研制未知树脂 ,对样品进行了外观观察、化学分析、NMR1 H谱图分析 ,确认样品系低氮糠醇甲醛尿素 (KJN)型呋喃树脂 .采用解析树脂的 NMR1 H谱图和化学分析方法取得了样品的主要原料配比数据 .据此制定生产工艺 ,并合成 KJN型呋喃树脂 ,其产品具有低氮、低粘度、低游离甲醛、高强度等特点 . To explore the unknown resin, its sample was observed from its outside, chemically analyzed, and analyzed through its NMR 1H spectral data. It was then confirmed that this resin is a furan resin of a furfural alcohol formaldehyde urea (KJN) type whose nitrogen level is perfectly low. Through these spectral and chemical analyses, the quantities of the sample's main ingredients were acquired and thus the synthetic route of this KJN typed furan resin with low nitrogen level was set. The product of this resin has many characteristics such as low nitrogen level, low viscosity, low concentration of free formaldehyde and high strength.
