摘要
采用矩型自动形成网格的平面问题计算程序对新型复合墙板进行有限元分析 ,分析该复合墙板在均布荷载下的受力特点、应力 -应变关系和应力分布规律 .在 3 0~ 15 0 k N的荷载下 ,有限元计算的应力应变值与试验测量的结果较接近 ,计算的弹性模量比实测的弹性模量稍大 ,但在正常误差范围之内 ,因此 ,推荐其弹性模量取 12 .7GPa.该墙板的有限元分析为这种新型墙体材料结构构造的进一步优化提供了理论依据 .
The paper employs rectangle in plane finite element program with an auto meshing function to solve the problem in the finite element analysis of a new composite wall slab. Also analyzed are the in plane behavior of the vertical loaded wall slab, its stress strain relations and the distribution rules of the state of stress. Under 30~150 kN load, compared with the results of the experiment of structure, the analysis result varies little that the elastic module of the calculation is slightly bigger than that of the measure but it is within the normal error scope. Therefore, the wall slab's elastic module is set ideally to be 12.7 GPa. The finite element analysis provides a scientific theory guide for the further optimization of the composite wall slab.
