摘要
通过对 5组齿形误差的实际测量数据所进行的统计分析 ,得出了其测量过程是一种非平稳随机过程的结论 ,而且由此发现综合齿形误差中存在有递增的系统误差 ,并初步分析了其产生的原因 .还用最小二乘原理建立了齿形误差均值的拟合直线函数和精度较高的谐波函数模型 .
This article statistically analyzes the measuring data of indent form error of five groups and concludes that the measuring process is an unsteady stochastic process. The conclusion leads to the finding of progressively increasing system errors, which exist in the comprehensive indent form errors, the cause of which is also analyzed. Finally, the article establishes a fit into straight-line function for the equal value indent-form errors and a resonance wave function model with relatively high preciseness on the basis of the least square method
