摘要
通过对电容器外壳拉深成型过程中的应力应变和简壁处拉裂原因的分析,找出了拉深成型时应力应变的规律,并提出了防止起皱和拉裂的措施.按该方法生产可使产品的质量得到显著提高.
Analyses were made of the stressstrain and the reason of cracking in the tubeshaped object when the outer casing of an electric capacity was stretched to form. The regular pattern of stressstrain and methods of avoiding winkling and cracking were found. As a result, the quality of products has remarkably been improved.
