图书馆文献信息保障体系方案之我见

Some Ideas about Library Data Guarantee System

我国文献信息资源保障体系应当在全国范围内,以高等学校、科研系统、公共图书馆为三个支撑点,以 CALIS(中国高等教育文献保障体系)项目为模型,分别建立“中国高等教育文献保障体系”、“国家科技文献信息保障体系”和“全国公共图书馆文献保障体系”,三者合一,建立国家文献信息保障体系。

The data guarantee system of our country should take higher learning of schools,science research in- stitutions and public libraries as its three corner stones.And it should use CALIS as its pattern to construct respec- tively“China IIigher Leaning Education Data Guarantee System”,National Science and Technology Data Guarantee System”,“National Public library Data Guarantee System”,and even more,we should unite them to build up“Na- tional Data Guarantee System”.
