摘要
秦皇岛港于1898年开港,至今已有104年历史。新中国成立后,特别是改革开放以来,秦皇岛港建设发展迅速,观已成为世界最大的能源输出港,也是中国对外贸易的综合性港口。2002年9月9曰,根据国务院关于港口管理体制改革的部署,秦皇岛港务局改制为“秦皇岛港务集团有限公司”,成为我国沿海主要港口中第一个实行公司制改造的港口企业。百年老港的发展规模、辉煌业绩引起了业内人士的广泛关注。金秋时节,本刊记者怀着强烈的探究欲望,对秦皇岛港作了专题采访。现将采访专稿刊登如下,以飨读者。
Opened in 1898 and through large-scale construction, Port of Qinhuangdao has become a world largest coal transportation port and comprehensive port for domestic and international trade. The port is just between the two economic developed areas of North China and Northeast China. It serves as a sea gate-way for Beijing. It's east harbor focuses in energy cargo transportation, west harbor dealing mainly with container and general bulk cargo. The port created a throughput of over 100 mlt in 2001.
