摘要
本文测定了饥饿不同时间与投喂的德国镜鲤(Cyprinus carpio)血清、肝及肌组织中生化成分的含量。1)饥饿15至120d,鱼血清蛋白含量由(28.6±0.9)g/L降至(18.0±1.0)g/L。肝糖元含量由(138.2±32.0)mg/g降至(27.7±15.9)mg/g,而血糖和肌糖元含量无明显变化。2)饥饿60至120d,鱼血清甘油三酯和肌组织RNA含量分别由(1.20±0.18)g/L和(0.80±0.10)μg/g减至(1.06±0.09)g/L和(0.61±0.06)μg/g,肝和肌组织中DNA含量均增加1.5倍以上。3)投喂组鱼血清蛋白含量下降速度与饥饿组相似,但肝糖元含量下降较饥饿组缓慢。
This paper quantitates the principal constituents in serum, liver and muscles of starving and feeding mirror carp (Cyprinus carpio L. ). 1) The serum protein content declines from 28. 6±0. 9 mg/ml to 18. 0±1. 0 mg/ml and the liver glycogen from 138. 2± 32. 0 mg/g to 27. 7±15- 9 mg/g in starvation for 15 and 120 days, but the levels of both serum sugar and muscular glycogen do not change evidently. 2) During starvation from 60 to 120 days, the contents of serum triglyceride and muscular RNA decrease from 1. 20±0.18 mg/ml and 0. 80±20.10μg/g to 1. 06±0. 09 mg/ml and 0. 61±0. 06μg/g respectively, while the DNA levels in liver and muscles in starvation of 120 days are 1. 5 times or more than those in starvation of 60 days. 3) The serm protein decreases in the feeding animals in a similar speed as that in the starving fish. The liver glycogen content does not decrease as quickly in the feeding fish as the starving fish does.
