关于培养教育科研型教师的思考

摘要 在经济全球化趋势下 ,中国高等教育面临机遇与挑战 ,对教师提出了新的更高的要求。未来的教师处于“知识授予型”向“知识创造型”转化的重要变革时期。随着教育与科研的联系越来越密切 ,教师与研究人员的职责越来越趋向于一致 。 On the background of the world economy merging into an organic whole, Chinese higher education faces opportunities and challenges, which sets an even higher demand on teachers. Nowadays ,the teachers are in the important reform period in which the type of teachers changes from teaching knowledge to creating knowledge. With the relationship between education and science research becoming closer, the duty of teachers and that of researchers reach unanimity. Thus the modern teachers should teach the students on the basis of science researches instead of experiences.
