满意度调查在实习生医德教育中的作用探讨

Probe into the effect of contentment investigation in residents' professional ethical education

在医学生实习期教学的医德教育中采用患者满意度调查的方法,对73名实习生所分管的730名患者进行问卷调查结果显示:在医疗服务、关心体贴病人、文明礼貌和医疗技术水平方面满意度均>90%,实习生医德考核均达良好以上,患者满意度调查方法对实习生医德教育有促进作用。

We investigated 730 patients distributed to 73 residents who were in the residency through questionnaires on residents' professional ethic.The result shows that the rate of contentment on the medical service,attention to patients,good marmers and medical technology is beyond 90% and the marks of the professional ethics test are beyond good The effect of contentment in- vestigation can improve the residents'professional ethical education.
