医学本科生与专科生心理健康状况的比较

The comparison between the medical undergraduates and 2-to-3-year students concerning the mental health

采用 SCL-90症状自评量表、自尊量表、抑郁量表、孤独量表对896名医科本科生、专科生进行调查和评估。结果发现专科生的 SCL-90症状自评量表的总均分和各因子分均显著高于本科生;专利生的抑郁量表、孤独量表得分显著高于本科生,而自尊量表得分显著低于本科生;女生孤独量表得分显著高于男生,男生自尊量表得分显著高于女生,医学专科生的心理健康水平显著低于医学本科生。

we adopted SCL-90 symptoms sell-evaluation measure meter,self-esteem measure meter,depression measure meter, solitt,de measure meter to investigate and evaluate the 896 medical undergraduates and 2-to-3-year students.The results shows that the 2-to-3-year students respective average scores of SCL-90 symptoms self-evaluation and the other factors are markedly higher than those of the undergraduates.The former's scores on depression and solitude are higher than the undergraduates where- as the score on self esteem is lower,the girl students'scorn on solitude is higher than the boy students while the scores on self- esteem is lower.The 2-to-3-year medical students are strikingly less mentally healthy than the medical undergraduates.
