This article systematically introduces how to compose a scientific thesis from the point of view of biology.It is a sys- tematic engineering and tied up with scientific research works.Accordingly,in the first part,this article discusses how to select the topic of a thesis,and then how to draw out the outline,collect and assess the corresponding data.Finally,it expounds how to compose the under support of concrete examples.
