本文通过对教学过程中师生之间多层关系的探讨,阐述了师生关系变化、发展的规律性,提出充分发挥教师主导作用,即坚持启发式指导思想、把握教师权威影响,对建立起民主平等和谐融洽的师生关系、保证教育工作顺利进行的重大意义。

This article relates to the changing and developing rules by studying the relationship between teachers and students in their teaching and studying It points out that teachers should play a leading role ( in their relationship ), encourage students to have their own thoughts and maintain the teacher's influence on them. It is very imortant to set up an equal and peaceful retaitionship and ensure the smoothly carrying out of the educational work.
