During the reform and development of universities and colleges, we must stick to the fundamental requirements put forward by Jiang Zemin in his 'July 1 Speech' as well as the principles of democratic management, trying to stimulate the Trade Union and the Staff Representative Congress the sense of masters so that they can actively participate in and comment on the political affairs, thus making the policies of the Collage more practical, scientific and effective, promoting the reform and development of the College.
