在近年来的新闻采访实践中,越来越多的新闻工作者提出了隐性采访的合法性问题。隐性采访因为涉及到采访手段的非常性和对隐私与机密的接触性,如何应用是一个相当难的过程。因此有必要对隐性采访进行理论上的研究,以期完善新闻法制和保障依法开展采访活动。

This paper intends to look into legality of secret interview put forward by more and more media workers in recent years. How to take a secret interview is a difficult process since it involves extraordinariness in means and contact to privacy and secrecy. It is necessary that the theoretical research should be conducted with regard to the way secret interview is carded out, which is expected to improve the legality of journalism and guarantee the right practice of interview in accordiance with the law.
