摘要
90年代中期以来,新闻界围绕“新闻策划”而展开的研究和讨论一直没有中断,但由于在角度和层次等方面的差异,达成的共识较少。本文从“新闻策划”研究中的几个基本但又最敏感的问题着手,对“新闻策划”的客体界定、“新闻策划”产生的原动力、“新闻策划”与新闻真实性的关系三个问题进行探讨,力求构筑“新闻策划”研究的统一平台,以对新闻实践具有一定的指导意义。
There has been a series of studies and discussions on 'news planning' in the journalist circle since mid 90's. However, little agreement has been reached because of the differences in viewpoints and levels. Beginning with the basic and most sensitive problems in 'news planning', this essay tries to probe into the following three problems: the objective definition of'news planning', its original motive force, and its relationship with journalist truthfulness. Meanwhile, it endeavors to build a united platform for 'news planning', which is instructive to journalist practice.
