摘要
以1龄草鱼为试验对象,对防治草鱼出血病有效的碘和PVP—碘,用Na^(125)I作示踪剂,研究了口灌给药后的体内浓度和PVP—碘浸浴后的体内浓度。口灌碘24μg/g后,可在1h时血药浓度达到(1.22±0.016)μg/ml的峰值。其有效浓度维持3h。实际口服量为23.41mg/kg。日给药多次为宜。口灌PVP—碘96μg/g后,血药峰值为(1.81±0.01)μg/ml,低于其MEC(11.9μg/ml)。用PVP—碘浸洗后,从0~4h的浓度以内脏>皮肤>鳃>肌肉。除肌肉以0h的药浓度最低,2h达到峰值之外,其他组织器官的在0h达峰值。PVP—碘作浸洗消毒剂比口服有效。
The sodium iodine-125 was used as a tracer to study the tissue distribution of iodine and povidone iodine in grass carp (Ctenopharygodon idellus) after the fish was administered orally with iodine and immersed with povidone iodine, respectively. When the fish was orally administered with iodine at a dose of 24 μg/g, the effective concentration (0. 744 μg/ml) could maintain for.about 3 h, and the maximum concentration in blood, appeared 1 h after administration, could reach 1. 22±0. 016 μg/ml. The recommended dose of this drug was 23. 41 μg/g when the animalit was given orally twice a day. When the fish was orally intaken with povidone at a dose of 96 μg/g, the maximum concentration in blood was only 1. 81 ±0. 01 2g/ml, which was lower than the minimal effective concentration (11. 9 μg/ml). For the fish immersed with povidone iodine, the distribution order of the drug in tissues 0 - 4 h after administration was: viscera>skin>gill>muscle. The maximum concentration reached at 0 h in all tissues, except in muscle in which the peak concentration appeared 2 h after administration. Based on our experiment, povidone iodine could be considered as a favourable disinfected agent rather than an oral-intaken one.
