安全阀定期校验的探讨

The Discussion of Annual Test of Safty Valves

石化装置长周期运行与安全阀一年一校的矛盾日益突出。本文通过装置安全阀实际抽查结果,论证了定期校验的必要性。针对安全阀的腐蚀失效,结合在线校验,提出了改进措施,并对在线校验的具体实施、积累误差的消除等进行了可行性探讨。

Safety valves must be tested annually, which is becoming more and more conflictive to the long run of petrochemical plants. The necessity of annual test of safety valves is proved from the result of investigation among petrochemical plants. In order to avoid corrosion and to test on line, the improvement of safety valve's structure is proffered. In succession,the feasibility of invocation of test on line and the diminution of accumulated error are discussed in the article.
