本文指出焊接工艺评定是压力容器制造焊接质量控制的重要控制环节,焊接工艺评定应以可靠的焊接性为依据,比较了焊接工艺评定试验与焊接性试验的目的、方法、作用的区别,也指出了焊接工艺评定试验与焊接性试验的联系。

This article point out that welding procedure qualification is one of impartant control links of wolding quality control in pressure vessel manufacrure and that the welding procsdure Qualification must base on the dependable weldability. The welding procedure qualification test is compared with weldability test in their aim,method and function. The relation between welding proccdure qualification test and weldability test is pointed out.
