介绍了医用蒸馏水、注射液等纯净介质对薄壁焊接输送管道的严格要求,通过试验,采用微机控制TIG焊机及焊枪,取得焊缝高度为0的理想效果,达到了GMP要求。
The requirements are very strict to the thin-wall welding pipe for delivering medical distilled water, injection liquid and other pure medium. This article introduces the experiment controlling the TIG welding machine and welding torch by computer, which received the ideal effect that weld height reached O, and attained the GMP requirement.
