摘要
动态纹理是指描述某种动态景观的具有时间相关重复特征的图像序列,比如海浪、瀑布、火焰、烟雾等,它在视频制作、虚拟仿真、虚拟漫游中具有重要的应用价值。动态纹理的合成一直是计算机图形学的主要目标和难点之一, 本文主要研究综述了基于视频的动态纹理合成技术。基于视频的动态纹理合成技术不同于传统的基于物理仿真的方法,它不需要了解动态系统的原理,而是在对动态纹理样本进行分析和学习的基础上合成。文中对各种基于视频的动态纹理合成方法进行了比较和分析,总结了动态纹理合成的研究思路和指出了下一步的研究方向。
Dynamic textures are sequences of images of moving scenes that exhibit certain time-related stationarity properties, which include sea-waves, waterfall, flame, smoke, etc. Dynamic textures have great significance in applications such as video production, virtual simulation, and virtual walkthroughs. Its synthesis is one of the major goals and nodi in computer graphics. This paper introduces the video based dynamic texture synthesis technic. Unlike the traditional physics based method, video based synthesis method dont require the knowledge of the principal of dynamic system, its synthesis is based on analysis and study of the sample video clip. In this paper, we analyze and compare all kinds of video based synthesis methods, summarize its clue and anticipate its valuable future work.
