Digital video recorder monitoring control system (DVR-MCS) consists of digital hard-disk video recorders which integrate the most advanced digital video technology, real-time digital video compression technology and multiplexer software. The network real-time monitoring control function in DVR-MCS is required which enables operators to configure, monitor or control the digital hard-disk video recorders. This paper discusses the network architecture of DVR-MCS, and gives the real-time solution of DVR-MCS.
