摘要
利用IGCT变频调速实现泵船机组取水系统在不同水位时的扬程控制 ,根据水位、转速、流量等参数建立的数学模型 ,实现投入运行机组台数与总取水量合理调配。保障取水系统的可靠性及运行性能。并对系统节能作分析。
This paper presents the methods of using frequency conversion speed regulation of IGCT to realize the lift control of pump vessel motor group and of using water level variation to realize the auto-regulation of the number of motors and flow. Experiment suggests that it should work very well . It not only improves the reliance of the water supply system but also saves the energy.
