主要通过建立最低工资标准的神经网络数学模型 ,从历年相关资料中整理和分析出的量化数据输入计算机进行模拟学习 ,通过运算结果分析出制定最低工资的相关因素的重要程度 ,并对下一年的最低工资标准进行预测。

The main content of this paper is to establish a neural network mathematical model.Using quantitative figures derived from processing and analyzing relevant historical data,inputting them into computer during the simulation of learning process,and analyzing the results obtained, the paper has worked out the weight of each relevant factor needed for establishing the lowest pay standard.Based on this,the paper has also make a prediction of the lowest pay standard for the year to come.
