摘要
错位经营可增强商圈的集聚效应和区域的整体竞争优势。以徐家汇商圈为研究对象 ,从市场定位入手 ,对各商店的商品、服务、形象、生态等错位进行比较分析 ,并对进一步发展徐家汇商圈错位经营模式提出构想。
Both drawing power and aggregate competitive edge may be enhanced through role reversal mode of business operation.Using the business circle of Xujiahui Area as subject of investigation,and startign with market positioning,this paper has made a comparative analysis of role reversals of various forms of business including their commodities,services,images,etc.and provided ideas for further developing role reversal mode of operation in the business cricle of Xujiahui Area.
