卡维地洛对心力衰竭患者心功能及神经激素变化的影响

Effect of Cavedilol on the cardiac function and neurohormone on the patients with congestive heart failure

目的 研究卡维地洛对心力衰竭患者心功能及神经激素的影响 .方法 心力衰竭患者 35例 ,在常规治疗基础上 ,加用卡维地洛片 ,每日 2 0 mg,分二次口服 ,应用 4wk.观察指标 :观察治疗前后心率、血压、呼吸困难程度等情况 ,并评估心功能状态 ,治疗前后分别抽血测定肾素 (PRA)、血管紧张素 (AT )、醛固酮 (ALD)、去甲肾上腺素 (NE)、肾上腺素(E)水平 .结果 治疗 4wk后 ,患者心功能明显改善 ,AT ,ALD,NE,E均明显下降 .PRA改变不明显 .结论 卡维地洛对心力衰竭有明显治疗作用 。

AIM To evaluate the effect of Cavedilol on the cardiac function and neurohormone on the patients with congestive heart failure. METHODS Cavedilol 10 mg PO BID was added to conventional therapy in 35 patients with congestive heart failure. Heart rate, blood pressure were recorded and dyspnea, cardiac function status were evaluated for each patient before and 4 weeks after therapy. PRA, ATⅡ, ALD, NE, E were measured at the same time. Results After 4 weeks therapy, cardiac function improved and ATⅡ, ALD, NE, E decreased significantly, while PRA has no change. CONCLUSION Cavedilol can improve cardiac funcion of patients with congestive heart failure. The mechanismis may be related with the effect of cavedilol on inhibiting the activation of neurohormone.
