肝细胞移植的临床应用现状

摘要肝细胞移植是治疗急、慢性肝功能衰竭、肝硬化、遗传性肝代谢性疾病以及介导体外-基因治疗的有前景的方法。本文着重综述其适应征、临床应用现状及其前景。
