In 1986, P.Li and S.T.Yan have given a Harnack inequal ity of heat kernel for a compact Riemannian manifold with convex boundary, which we can find in \. The purpose of this paper is to generalize their result t o a compact Riemannian manifold with possibly nonconvex boundary.
