Deep Mixing for the Treatment of Soft Soil Bases in High Building Construction

深层搅拌法是将粉状水泥与含水量较高的软土强制拌和 ,使水泥、水和土三者发生水化及物化反应 ,形成具有一定的强度的水泥土桩 ,桩与桩间土组成复合地基。本文结合某办公楼工程 ,介绍了深层搅拌的设计、施工及检测 ,并对存在的一些问题提出了几点建议。

Deep mixing is to mix cement powder with soft soil forcefully, resulting in hydration and physical reaction among cement, water and soil to form cement earth piles with strength and composite foundation between piles. Taking the project of a municipal office building as an example, the paper discusses the deep mixing method in three aspects: design, construction and testing. Some problems are discussed and their tentative solutions are proposed.
