通过GDP、物价指数和固定资产投资增长率间的回归分析 ,揭示了我国经济高增长和通货紧缩的现状 ,并依据理性预期理论对我国积极财政政策的有效性加以分析 ,探讨结构性调整对宏观经济的健康发展的制约作用 。

Baced on theory of rational expectation and utilizing statistical regression method, the status quo of Chinese economy, the validity of active financial policy of China are analyzed, then the restriction between structure adjusting and economic advance are studied. Therefore, several pieces of correlative advice were proposed.
