蛾类抗原与变态反应性疾病的相关分析

Analysis of the correlation between moth antigen and allergic diseases

摘要 目的 探讨蛾类抗原与变态反应性疾病的相关性。方法 应用人工饲养的米蛾抗原对 30 0例变态反应性疾病患者进行皮肤试验及血清特异性IgE检测。结果  30 0位受检的患者中 ,皮肤试验阳性者共 94人 ,阳性率 31.33%。血清特异性IgE阳性 131人 ,阳性率为 4 3.6 6 %。结论 变态反应性疾病患者蛾抗原皮肤试验和血清特异性IgE阳性率均明显高于对照组 ,证实蛾类是变态反应性疾病常见的致敏原 ,二种检测方法是检测蛾致敏的有效方法 ,两者间有显著相关性 (P <0 .0 0 5 ,χ2 =110 6 .2 2 ) ,阳性率有显著差异 (P <0 .0 0 5 ,χ2 =14 .2 4 ) ,提示皮试结果有可能受其它因素的影响 ,而血清特异性IgE检测特异性更强、更安全。 Objective To investigate the relationship between moth antigen and allergic diseases. Method Three hundred allergy patients were practiced moth skin test and detected serum anti moth sIgE. Results Of there hundred patients, 94(31.33% of all) cases were positive in skin test, 131 cases(43.66% of all)were positive in sIgE. Conclusions The positive rates of both skin test and sIgE detection of moth antigen in allergy patients are significantly higher than that in control group .This experiment shows that moth antigen is an ordinary allergen in allergic diseases .The two methods above are effective in detecting moth allergen and in good relation( P <0.005,χ 2=1106.22).The positive rates of the two methods have significant difference ( P <0.005, χ 2= 14.24 ).It suggests that skin test is affected by other factors and sIgE detection is more specific, safer and reliable.
