摘要
目的 探明武汉地区大气中致敏真菌种类、数量及季节消长规律 ,及与变应性鼻炎的关系。方法 1997年 5月~ 1998年 4月同时应用暴片、暴皿法 ,进行全年的气传真菌调查 ;同时对 2 34例变应性鼻炎患者采用单价真菌变应原浸液做过敏原皮试和发病季节的分析。结果 全年观察到真菌孢子 36个属共 136 31个、真菌菌落 38个属共 2 2 18个 ,并受温度和湿度的影响 ;发现了本地区大气中的 11种优势真菌及气传真菌飘散高峰季节。 10 2例变应性鼻炎患者皮试阳性率 4 3.5 9%。结论 为国内和本地区致敏真菌的流行病学研究提供了科学依据。对变应性鼻炎的预防。
Objective To study atmosphere-propagating fungi genera and amount, the decreasing and increasing regularity in each season in a year, and relationship between atmosphere propagating fungi and allergic rhinitis. Methods The study was carried out from May of 1997 to April of 1998, the atmosphere propagating fungi was investigated by means of glass slide and glass dish. Meanwhile, the study of univalent skin tests of fungi and the season tests of the disease were performed on 234 cases with allergic rhinitis. Results The result shows that 13631 fungous spores and 2218 fungous colonies were observed in all seasons of the year and the fungi growth was influenced by the temperature and humidity.11 kinds of superior fungi were found in the atmosphere of the area,and the peak time of atmosphere propagating fungi was observed. The rate of positive reaction of skin test in 102 cases with allergic rhinitis was 43.59%. Conclusion This study provides useful scientific information for sensitive fungal epidemiology in the area. It provides very important insights for clinical prevention, diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis.
