ELISA法和Pharmacia CAP变应原检测系统测定人血清总IgE的比较

Determination of human serum total IgE by two methods in vitro:ELISA and Pharmacia CAP system

目的 探讨国产试剂盒与ParmaciaCAPsystem测定总IgE是否存在差异。方法 随机抽取患者血清 70份 ,每一份血清分别用ParmaciaCAP变应原检测系统和国产的总IgE试剂盒来测定总IgE ,并进行比较。结果 2种方法所得结果一致性符合率为 97%。结论 两种方法的一致性高 ,国产的总IgE试剂成本低 。

Objective To compare results of total IgE from ELISA (national made reagent) and Pharmacia CAP system (FEIA). Methods Total IgE from 70 random samples were measured by two assays: ELISA (national made reagent) and Pharmacia CAP system. Results The ELISA demonstrates excellent consistency with the Pharmacia CAP system in the determination of serum total IgE, homogeneity ratio is 97%. Conclusion It shows high consistency between the two methods. It is concluded that ELISA (national made reagent) is a good and cheap method for determining serum total IgE.
