脉健方药物血清抑制家兔动脉平滑肌细胞增殖的实验研究

Experimental Study of Maijian Recipe Medicinal Serum in Inhibiting Proliferation of Arterial Smooth Muscle Cells in Rabbits

目的:观察脉健方药物血清对动脉平滑肌细胞增殖的抑制作用。方法:采用组织酶离法分离培养家兔胸主动脉平滑肌细胞(ASMC)。实验分为不同浓度的脉健方药物血清组和正常血清组,观察血清对ASMC 生长分裂、噻唑蓝(MTT)降解和 DNA 合成的影响。结果:不同浓度的脉健方药物血清均能抑制ASMC 的生长分裂、MTT 降解和 DNA 合成,且呈浓度依赖性。结论:脉健方能抑制 ASMC 的增殖,这可能是其抗肢体动脉硬化闭塞的作用机理之一。

Objective:To study the Maijian Recipe (MJR) medicinal serum in inhibiting the arterial smooth muscle cells (ASMC).Methods: ASMC were isolated from thoracic aorta with enzyrae digestion assay in rabbits.The experimental animals were divided into MJR medicinal serum groups of different concentrations and normal serum group.And then the ASMC mitosis,the methyl thiazolyl tetrazoli- um (MTT) degradation and DNA synthesis influenced in the different MJR medicinal serum were observed.Results:The different con- centration of MJR medicinal serum could inhibit ASMC mitosis,MTT degradation and DNA synthesis in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion:MJR could inhibit the proliferation of ASMC,which possibly is one of the therapeutical mechanism of MJR in treating arte- riosclerosis obliterans.
