摘要
目的:探讨红花黄色素对中毒性肝纤维化防治作用的机制。方法:应用四氯化碳诱导大鼠中毒性肝损伤和肝纤维化,采用放免法测定大鼠血清和肝匀浆中透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)的含量;肝组织 V-G 染色,病理图像分析系统进行胶原定量分析;用电镜观察贮脂细胞变化。结果:红花黄色素治疗组大鼠血清和肝匀浆中 HA、LN 含量及肝组织内胶原含量和贮脂细胞变化显著低于病理模型组。结论:红花黄色素能抑制贮脂细胞增殖转化及 HA、LN 的合成,减少胶原沉积,有防治四氯化碳诱发中毒性肝纤维化的作用。
Objective:To explore the counter toxic liver fibrosis effect of Safflory Yellow(SY).Methods:The experimental liver fibrosis in- duced by CCl_4 in rats were treated with SY,500 mg/kg once daily for 12 weeks,orally taken.The hyaluronic acid(HA) and laminin (LN) in the serum and liver homogenate as well as liver collagen of the rats were determined.The fat storing cells(FSC) in the liver were also observed.Results:After SY treatment,the elevated HA and LN in serum and liver homogenate were markedly reduced,the deposition of collagen in the liver tissue was inhibited significantly,the changes of FSC were alleviated.Conclusion:SY is effective in prevention and treatment of liver fibrosis induced by CCl_4 in rats.
