介绍中国电力信息中心信息化建设发展思路,阐述国家电力资讯网建设框架的主要内容,提出在市场化改革形势下,中国电力信息中心信息资源部应搞好电力行业信息资源的组织建设工作,推进优质服务,定期发布电子信息产品。

This paper introduces the development ideas of information technologies application in China Electric Pow-er Information Center(CEPIC),and describes the main contents of frame for building up'State Power Information Re-sources Network'.It is also pointed out that under the situation of marketable reform,information resources depart-ment of CEPIC should do their best to organize the information resources exploitation in electric power industry,render high quality service,and publish electronic information products regulary.
