Discussion about the Development and Application of e-Business in Electric Power

依据电子商务的3大要素及其分类,论述电子商务在电力行业实施的可行性、对宏观环境的要求及其实现的技术要求,并介绍电子商务在电费缴纳中的成功应用实例,指出在电力行业中某些方面应用电子商务是可行的,同时展望电力电子商务广阔的发展前景。

On the basis of the three essential factors and the classification of e-business,the feasibility of imple-mentation of e-business in power industry,the requirements for macro-environment and the technical requirements for its realization are discussed in this article.Also,a successful application example of e-business in electricity charge payment is introduced,thus it is indicated that the application of e-business in some fields of power indus-try is feasible and has broad developmental prospects.
