基于组态软件的能源计量点数据采集与处理系统研究

Development of Data Acquisition and Managing System Based on Configuration Software for Energy Statistic

为提供准确、高效和自动化的能源采集与统计分析系统,提出基于组态软件的能源计量点数据采集与处理系统。针对能源点数据采集与处理的特点,开发了数据采集程序和利用组态软件的数据处理程序,分析了各部功能和特点。该系统应用于武钢轧板厂能源管理系统,证明可为实现能源管理自动化、决策科学化提供重要的技术手段。

For providing a high-efficient ,exact and automatic energy acquisition and managing system,this paper presents a new method of the system based on configuration software.Two programs ,data acquisition and managing subsystems based on configuration software,have been developed in the system,which correspond to the characters of data acquisition and management.The functions and characteristics of every subsystem are analyzed in this paper.The system has been successfully run in Wuhan Steel and Iron Ltd.This method proved to be highly effective.
