Under new historic condition, the thinking political work of high schools faces new opportunities and challenges, and we have accumulated new knowledge and experience from practice. On the one hand, Three Representative of Jiang Zemin is the public policy for strengthening construction of our patry, on the other hand, for strengthening high schools thinking and political work and fostering the qualified talent in the 21st century.
